Order Admin Panel

Separate Auth Debit Operations
When a customer places an order you will have an authorisation against that order guaranteeing payment, you choose which elements to debit when you're ready. If there are delays in processing or stock issues, your customer’s funds will remain in their account until you process their order.
Refunds and Order Amendments
Easily amend any element of an order. Adjust quantities, add or remove items, alter delivery method and/or delivery pricing. Once the order is amended, appropriate controls will be displayed, if the customer has overpaid refund options are shown. If extra funds need to be taken you can charge it to the same card or input new card details.
If you dispatch over multiple deliveries you can break the debits up so that your customer is only charged for items being dispatched. Any outstanding amounts can be debited at a later time when the items are ready for dispatch.
Print Picking Lists, Delivery Notes, Invoices & Labels
Manage all your customer documentation from one location. Customisable picking lists, delivery notes, etc ensure your branding can be consistent across all media.
Push Order Details to Fulfilment Houses
If you use a fulfilment house or drop-shipper we can integrate your order management suite to push the order details directly to their systems either automatically, manually or dependant on products order, security risks, etc.
Order Details are Stored Forever
You will always have access to historical order information. This information can be exported via spreadsheets or searched within the Order Admin Panel.
