iShop Remote SupportThis service is intended for existing iShop merchants who require assistance with the services provided by iShop. Please call us to get your 6 digit session number. You will be prompted to open and run a file which will allow us to temporarily access your computer as if we were sitting at your desk. You can close the session at any time. Remote assistance allows us to solve your problems directly on your machine by creating a temporary connection between you and us. In order to do this, you must enter your session number, which you will be given when you call us for support. Upon entering your session number and clicking "Join session" you will be prompted to either download or run a file. Simply run the file and click 'Yes' or 'OK' when prompted to allow the connection to take place. If you have any firewall software running, you may be prompted to allow or disallow the connection. Please take the necessary steps to allow the connection to take place. |
