Order Management

Add/Remove Items to Existing Orders Quickly and easily adjust sales orders by adding or removing products, changing quantities etc. Our system will prompt you to either debit or refund funds accordingly.

Debit Money, Issue Refunds Take payments with a click of a button. Take full-payment for the total order value, or if you're part-dispatching an order you can simply take payment for the items that are ready for dispatch.

Virtual PDQ Use our virtual PDQ machine to take telephone payments or to take other one-off payments using customer card details.

Discount Vouchers Our comprehensive voucher module enables you to offer promotional discounts and money-off coupons. Simply create a new voucher stating the face value either as a percentage or fixed monetary amount. It is possible to set a minimum spend amount and or product group to be eligible if required. You can also create vouchers with unlimited date triggered or once-only usage, with options to exclude the delivery charges. Customers can enter the promotional code at the checkout stage to receive their discount.

Anti Fraud Measures

CVV2 These are the three digits on the signature strip of the credit or debit card. You will be shown if the customer entered the correct digits on your sales order.

AVS1 and AVS2 This checks with the issuing bank that the house number (or name) and postal code entered by the customer matches what the card issuer has registered to the card billing address.

3D Secure (Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode) This added security stage, which can bet activated by you according to pre-set triggers, can eliminate charge backs due to fraud.

Country Check Each sales order shows the country where the order originated by examining the IP address of the computer that placed the order. This is 99% accurate.

Auto Optimised Images, Auto-resizing, Auto Thumbnails Upload your product images using our auto-generation tool. Simply upload a large, oversized image and our system will resize your images to a width and height specified by you, whilst creating your product thumbnails automatically and optimising them for the web. Product Multiple Locations Put your products in multiple locations around your site. Perhaps your products cross over to different sections / genres. Simply use the tree tool to tell the system which products you want to list in multiple locations. Update product descriptions and images from one central location to update all instances of the product.

Featured Products Highlight popular products as "featured products" to gain maximum exposure. Set your featured products on a per-page basis so that they are as relevant as possible to the section the user is in. Featured products cascade to the sections beneath them, so unless new featured products are specified, the system will pick up the featured products from the previous section(s).

Recently Viewed Items Allow your visitors to keep track of the items they've looked at. Simply set how many products to keep track of and they'll start to stack up as you move from product to product!

3-Stage Publishing Our powerful 3-stage publishing system ensures you're happy with changes and additions to your shop before you make them live to your customers. Our 3 stages publish consist of Edit, Test and Live. Make changes in edit mode, publish those changes to the test environment before finally replicating it to your live site. This powerful system allows you to see your changes as if the site was live & enables you to revert back to a previous version of your shop should you need to.
