Latest issue filter, suitable for the British Army S10 Gas Mask and similar.

ABEK2 P3

'A' protection against organic compounds with boiling point > or = to 65°C
'B' protection against inorganic gases and vapours e.g. chlorine, hydrogen sulphide, hydrogen cyanide
'E' protection against sulphur dioxide, hydrogen chloride and other acid gases.
'K' protection against ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives
'2' is the filter class and means a maximum permissible concentration of toxic substance = 0,5%vol% (5000ppm)
'P3' is a particle filter' - protection against bacteria, dust....

Maximum filter life is 50 hours.
These filters are NOT effective against radioactive substances.
The performance and marking of this filter comply with EN 141, 143, and 371 as well as other regulations.
