All Forsham timber products are made from high quality Joinery Grade Scandinavian Red Pine that is treated with preservative before delivery to you. It is important to remember that wood is a natural product and therefore will react to environmental conditions, expanding in the winter and shrinking in the summer.

To ensure that the timber in your Forsham product remains supple and water resistant, we recommend treating it twice yearly with our spirit based wood preserver. Treating the timber also helps to kill mites and other unwanted infestations.
