Fillet Knife Sharpener

To sharpen the knife, simply insert at a 90° angle to the Sharpener and pull the blade straight back towards you. When pulling the blade through, use only light pressure, pull slowly and evenly at the 90° angle.

Your sharpener is designed for your safety and protection. For best results, rest on a stable surface. Grip with a firm, dry hand and draw the knife slowly and evenly through the sharpener. Repeat the action up to a dozen times.

If the blade is extremely dull more strokes may be needed.
