The full seal around the lid of Dribox, combined with individual silicone moulding blocks around each cable entry, result in a fully weatherproof (IP55) electrical enclosure. IP55 rating means that the Dribox protects its contents from particle and liquid ingress from any angle, so you can safely use your expensive solar electronics outside.

The large Dribox is big enough for a full-size rotary extension lead or a solar charge controller and inverter. Both the the M-Power 700W and 1400W inverters will fit inside the large Dribox. As inverters produce heat when they are used, we recommend keeping an eye on the temperature of your inverter when used inside a Dribox, especially in summer months.
