Natrasleep combines Hops and Valerian, two traditional herbal ingredients which together have relaxing and sleep inducing properties. Natrasleep is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Directions: Adults, the Elderly and children over 12 years - swallow one to three tablets, as required, half an hour before going to bed. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

IMPORTANT - always read fully the manufacturer's instructions. In particular: do not drive or operate machinery, do not take if suffering from depression or taking anti-depresant medication, do not drink alcohol while taking Natrasleep. If you are taking a sedative, take care, as there may be an increase in the sedative effects if combined with Natracalm.
