For oral use - dosage: adults: Two tablets to be taken three times a day. Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age. Active ingredients: Each tablet contains: Hops 75mg, Scullcap 45mg, Dry Extract Valerian (4:1) 25mg (providing 0.8% valerenic acids), Dry Extract Vervain (3:1) 30mg. Also contains sucrose.
