Directions: take one to four drops and massage gently into sunburn, stretch marks, surface scars, blemishes, wrinkles or rough dry skin until the oil is fully absorbed. Alternatively the oil can be diluted with Almond or Olive oil, in equal parts, before use.

Adults and children over 12 years may take one to four drops daily, internally as a Vitamin E food supplement. Always read the detailed instructions and precautions which come with the product.
