Web-Tex Hydration Pack
The Web-Tex Hydration Pack IRR is a 10 litre daypack in British DPM camouflage 1000D waterproof cordura nylon with one zipped main compartment
and an additional small zipped compartment. It comes complete with a 1.5 litre water bladder, neoprene pipe cover and bite valve.
Comfortable to wear all day and great for staying hydrated whilst on the move.
The amount you should drink each day depends on several factors including climate, physical activity and diet. The UK Food Standards Agency recommends that in a moderate climate, we need to drink at least 6/8 glasses of water (or other fluids) to prevent dehydration. This means approximately 2.5 litres a day for the average person.
