:: Terms, Conditions and Charges for Domains Registered, Renewed or Held by iShop Ltd

1. Renewal or initial registration of domain names are charged at the following rates:
   .Com, .Net, .EU (1 year)
   £30 + vat
   
   .UK (2 years)
   £20 + vat
   
   For pricing information for other TLDs, please contact us prior to registration or renewal.
2. Domains held by iShop as the domain registrar are entitled to DNS hosting. Email services on the domain and domain forwarding is also provided at iShop's discretion.
3. Any requests relating to domain names, including requests for changes to a domain, DNS changes and requests for registrations or renewals can be emailed to hostmaster@ishop.co.uk, or you can call us. Requests for registrations require confirmation of your address, email and telephone details, which we may ask you to send by email.
4. If you have any complaints about our domain registration service, you can email customer.service@ishop.co.uk, or send a letter to the following address:
