Card Verification Value

Established by the credit card companies, the Card Verification Value is designed to further reduce credit card fraud for internet transactions.

It consists of requiring a card holder to enter the Card Verification Value number in at the point of transaction to verify that the card is on hand.

As such we do not store this value on our system ensuring that each time the card is used the Card Verification Value must be entered by the card holder. Increasing the security of your online transaction and making it more difficult for the fraudsters.

As shown in the image, printed on the signature stripe on the reverse of your card, the value is the last 3 digit number block after the credit card number. On some cards the credit card number is not printed on the signature strip. In this instance there will always be several blocks of digits. Use only the last three digit block.

By keying this number in and ensuring your address is the address the card is registered to, we can have a greater confidence in your order.
